Court of Appeals, State of Michigan
ORDER
LAZERRICK MARSHAUN YOUNG V ASHLEE MICHELLE WITMAN
Docket No. 379288
LC No. 2020-001780-DC
Stephen L. Borrello, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:
The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because the December 11,
2025, order appealed from is not a final order as defined in MCR 7.202(6). MCR 7.203(A)(1). The
postjudgment order facilitating the August 11, 2025 order cannot be considered an order that grants or
denies a motion to change legal custody, physical custody, or domicile under MCR 7.202(6)(a)(iii).
Dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of a late appeal under MCR 7.205(A)(4), provided such a filing
meets all requirements under the court rules and is not time-barred.
