regarding the nature of the defects in this filing, and the defects were not corrected in a timely manner by
providing this Court with (1) a copy of the order appealed, (2) an application brief conforming to MCR
7.212(C), (3) a copy of the register of actions, and (4) transcripts or evidence that the transcripts have been
ordered. The motion to stay is also dismissed. Dismissal is without prejudice to whatever other relief
may be available consistent with the Court Rules.
