Christopher M. Murray, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
Appellant’s motion to permit completion of settled statement of facts procedure under
MCR 7.210(B)(2), to hold transcript-ordering requirement in abeyance, and to preclude involuntary
dismissal is DENIED.
Within 21 days of this order, appellant shall order the transcript of all proceedings before
the trial court and shall file proof with this Court that the transcripts have been ordered. Failure to file
proof that the transcripts have been ordered within this time may result in the case being submitted on the
involuntary dismissal docket.
