The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction. MCR 7.203(A)(1). The
February 10, 2026, order is not a final order as defined in MCR 7.202(6)(a)(i) because the trial court did
not formally dispose of the case after the jury verdict. Dismissal is without prejudice to filing a new
appeal after the trial court disposes of the complaint, provided such a filing meets all requirements under
the court rules and is not time-barred.
