The delayed application for leave to appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because
appellant has failed to identify an order or judgment that he seeks to appeal; instead, he seeks to challenge
the trial court’s failure to enter an order from which he might appeal. As such, this Court lacks jurisdiction
over the delayed application. See MCR 7.203(B) and 7.205(A). Dismissal is without prejudice to
whatever other relief may be available consistent with the Court Rules.
