Mark T. Boonstra, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion to waive fees is DENIED because a review of the
appellant’s affidavit concerning financial status shows the ability to pay.
Within 21 days of the Clerk’s certification of this order, appellant shall pay to the Clerk of
the Court the entry fee of $1,900 (an entry fee of $375 for each of the four orders sought to be appealed,
a fee of $200 for the motion for immediate consideration, and a fee of $100 each for the motions to stay
proceedings and to waive the transcript requirement). Failure to comply with this order will result in the
dismissal of the appeal.
