Brock A. Swartzle, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion to extend time to file appellant's brief is GRANTED TO THE EXTENT that
the time for filing appellant’s brief is EXTENDED until 21 days after the date of this order. This also
extends the time for filing a postjudgment motion for a new trial in the trial court until 21 days after the
date of this order. MCR 7.208(B). If such a postjudgment motion for a new trial is timely filed in the trial
court the time for filing appellant’s brief would then run from the grant or denial of the motion for new
trial. MCR 7.208(B)(5)-(6).
