Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion to compel production of transcripts is GRANTED. Appellants are required by
MCR 7.210(B)(1)(a) to order the full transcript of trial court proceedings. Within 21 days after the date
of this order appellants shall secure the filing with this Court of copies of stenographer certificate(s) of
having ordered transcripts of the following hearing dates in this matter: October 13, 2023; October 27,
2023; May 15, 2024; July 15, 2024; September 11, 2024; December 6, 2024; February 10, 2025; March
11, 2025; April 11, 2025; April 29, 2025; May 23, 2025; August 22, 2025; September 10, 2025; and
September 19, 2025. Transcripts ordered by appellants pursuant to this order shall be deemed timely
requested for purposes of calculating the due date of appellants’ brief.
Failure to comply with this order will result in dismissal of these appeals.
