Standard 4, is GRANTED. The brief filed with the motion is accepted for filing. However, counsel is
cautioned that IOP 7.212(F)-3 provides that these motions “to extend time should specifically identify the
circumstances” that caused the delay, and counsel’s failure to comply with IOP 7.212(F)-3 may result in
the denial of such a motion.
