Sima G. Patel, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to extend time to file a copy of the August 5, 2025 order denying the motion
to modify or vacate restitution costs, and a copy of the December 1, 2025 order denying the motion for
reconsideration is DENIED.

Appellant failed to file the items required for an application under the Court Rules. In
keeping with MCR 7.201(B)(3), appellant shall have 21 days from the Clerk’s certification of this order
to cure the defect by filing the orders appealed from in conformance with MCR 7.205(B)(2). Failure to
cure this defect within 21 days will result in dismissal of the application. Such dismissal may be without
prejudice to appellant filing a conforming delayed application as permitted by the Court Rules.
