The motion to amend defendant-appellant’s brief on appeal is GRANTED. Within 21 days
of the Clerk’s certification of this order, defendant shall file an amended consolidated application
addressing both the search warrant for the cell phone and the search warrant for the house at 225 5 th Street.
The prosecutor may file an answer within 21 days following service of the amended application.
