The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because the July 23, 2026 order
of the LARA Bureau of Professional Licensing is not appealable as a matter of right to this Court. Rather,
that order must be appealed to the circuit court. See MCL 24.303(1).
