manner by providing this Court with (1) a revised caption in conformity with MCR 1.109(D)(1)(b); and
(2) proof of service of all appellate filings on all parties to the action below or proof of a valid exemption
from the usual service requirements. Dismissal is without prejudice to whatever other relief may be
available consistent with the Court Rules.
