The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.

and the defects were not corrected in a timely manner by providing this Court with a copy of the judgment
or order appealed from, a copy of the register of actions, and a copy of the transcript of the preliminary
hearing or evidence that the transcript has been ordered. Dismissal is without prejudice to whatever other
relief may be available consistent with the Court Rules.
