The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.

of this Court provided notice regarding the nature of the defects in the delayed application, and the
defects were not corrected in a timely manner by providing this Court with proof of ordering the required
transcripts in conformity with MCR 7.205(B)(4); a brief conforming to MCR 7.212(C); and proof of
service on appellee. Dismissal is without prejudice to whatever other relief may be available consistent
with the Court Rules.
