On the Court’s own motion, the deadline for the prosecuting attorney for Arenac County
to answer the delayed application is extended for 14 days from the date of this order. No further extensions
will be given.
If the prosecutor does not comply with the deadline set forth in this order they shall show
cause in writing as to why an answer has not been filed, and the prosecutor shall further show cause as to
why they are not in contempt of Court for failing to comply with this Court’s orders.
