The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction. MCR 7.203(A)(2); MCR
3.709. The May 7, 2026 order appealed from is not identified in MCR 3.709(B)(1) as an order from which
an appeal of right exists in a personal protection order case; therefore, the May 7, 2026 order must be
appealed by leave to appeal, MCR 3.709(B)(2). Dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of a late appeal
under MCR 7.205(A)(4), provided such a filing meets all requirements under the court rules and is not
time barred.
