Stephen L. Borrello, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.201(B)(3), orders:
This cause is REMANDED to the trial court for appointment of substitute counsel, current
counsel having failed to correct the defects in a timely manner by providing this Court with the order
appealed from and lower court docket entries.
Lauren Michelle Letto (P73947), appointed counsel for appellant, must pay the Clerk of
this Court, within 14 days of the certification of this order, court costs in the sum of $200.00 for failing to
pursue this case in accordance with the Court Rules. Such costs are personal to the attorney and shall not
be charged back to the County or to the State.
