Christopher M. Murray, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion to prepare transcripts at county expense is DENIED without prejudice to the
circuit court granting a properly filed motion in that court.
The motions to waive fees and to return filing fees are DENIED, appellant having failed to
provide the financial disclosures necessary to determine if a fee-waiver is appropriate in this case. Denial
is without prejudice to appellant refiling the motion to waive fees with the proper disclosures.1
