Christopher M. Murray, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motions to extend time to file appellant's brief and for oral argument are treated as a
motion to order a late transcript, which is GRANTED. The time for filing the appellant’s brief shall run
from the date of the filing of the transcript of the October 16, 2023 plea hearing with the trial court.
Appellant shall be entitled to oral argument if oral argument is requested on the title page of the brief and
the brief is filed within 56 days of the filing of the transcript. MCR 7.212(A)(1)(iii); MCR 7.212(C)(1).
Within 14 days of the date of this order, appellant shall ensure that a stenographer’s
certificate for this transcript is filed with this Court.
