The motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED.
The application for leave to appeal is DENIED for failure to persuade the Court of the need
for immediate appellate review. This order does not preclude the prosecutor from moving the trial court
to admit evidence of defendant’s possession of a firearm under People v Hall, 433 Mich 573, 580-581;
447 NW2d 580 (1989). The prosecutor’s arguments regarding Hall should be addressed by the trial court
in the first instance.
