The joint motion to stay briefing schedule pending a decision on petition for rehearing of
Solar Technology, LLC, is recognized as a motion to hold this appeal in abeyance. The motion is
GRANTED. This appeal is HELD IN ABEYANCE until the Michigan Public Service Commission
(MPSC) issues an order deciding the petition for rehearing filed by Solar Technology, LLC, in this matter.
Appellant shall file a copy of the MPSC order deciding the petition for rehearing with this
Court within 14 days after entry. The time for filing appellant’s brief under MCR 7.212(A)(1)(a)(iii) shall
run from entry of the MPSC order deciding the petition for rehearing.
