The claim of appeal is DISMISSED IN PART for lack of jurisdiction as to the July 9, 2026
“order regarding defendant’s 7/8/26 objection to proposed default judgment of divorce and request for
hearing.” The July 9, 2026 order is not a final order appealable by right. MCR 7.203(A)(1); MCR
7.202(6)(a). Dismissal of the appeal as to that order is without prejudice to whatever other relief may be
available consistent with the court rules. The claim of appeal remains pending from the July 1, 2026
default judgment of divorce, which is a final order appealable by right. MCR 7.203(A)(1); MCR
7.202(6)(a)(i).
