Plaintiff-appellant’s “motion for immediate consideration and emergency motion to avoid
dismissal, expedite appeal, direct court reporter to file stenographer’s certificate and transcript or show
cause, and for other appropriate relief” is treated as a motion to extend time to file the stenographer’s
certificate and is GRANTED TO THE EXTENT that the stenographer’s certificate is due 14 days from
the date of this order. Appellant remains responsible for working with Wayne County Docketing Support
Services to ensure the timely filing of the stenographer’s certificate.
