Appellee Marshall Area Economic Development Alliance’s (MAEDA) motion for
supplemental briefing schedule on remand is GRANTED TO THE EXTENT that MAEDA may file a
supplemental brief of no more than 10 pages within 21 days after the date of this order. Any other party
wishing to file a supplemental brief of up to 10 pages may file an appropriate motion for leave to do so.
Otherwise, no reply brief may be filed. We also note that there is no provision for further oral argument
after the remand from the Michigan Supreme Court.
