DEFENDANT-APPELLANT’S MOTION TO WITHDRAW
HIS MOTION TO COMPEL
PROVISION OF TRIAL EXHIBITS AND CASE FILE
Defendant-Appellant Raymond Allen, by and through appellate counsel, asks
this Court to allow him to withdraw his Motion to Compel Provision of Trial Exhibits
and Case File, stating:
1. On August 20, 2026, Mr. Allen filed a motion to compel certain discovery and
documents from R. Vincent Green, who was Mr. Allen’s attorney in Jackson
County Case No. 2023-4551-FH.
2. On August 22, 2026, Mr. Green contacted appellate counsel, indicating that he
was willing to produce any and all requested documents from his file.

3. Given this response from Attorney Green, appellate counsel no longer believes
that the motion is necessary.
WHEREFORE, Defendant-Appellant Raymond Allen respectfully asks this Court to
allow him to withdraw his Motion to Compel Provision of Trial Exhibits and Case File
because it is moot.
