when, where and how Angela Bowman-Davis and/or her attorney were served with the claim of appeal; a
copy of jurisdictional checklist; and a claim of appeal signed by Kent Bowman and Charlotte Bowman.
Dismissal is without prejudice to whatever other relief may be available consistent with the Court Rules.
