The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.
The motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED.
The complaint for habeas corpus is DENIED.
The motion to seal exhibits is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. This Court finds
good cause to seal documents containing confidential information about the parties’ minor child,
specifically Exhibit 1 (WIC certification information); Exhibit 3 (photos); and Exhibits 4, 7, and 8
(medical records). There is good cause to seal these documents based on privacy interests of the minor
child, and this Court determines that there are no less restrictive means to adequately and effectively
protect the interest asserted. MCR 7.211(C)(9)(e). The motion to seal is otherwise DENIED as to Exhibits
2, 5, and 6.
The Clerk shall disclose or provide copies of any order or opinion entered in this appeal,
MCR 8.119(I)(5); MCR 7.211(C)(9)(c), but sealed pleadings or other contents of the file shall not be
disclosed or made available for public viewing.
The Clerk is directed to forward a copy of this order to the Clerk of the Supreme Court and
to the State Court Administrative Office. MCR 8.119(I)(7); MCR 7.211(C)(9)(c).
