The motion to show cause Court Reporter Margaret Bamonte (R 5518) is treated as a
motion to extend time for filing the stenographer’s certificate and is GRANTED until August 25, 2026.
Court Reporter Bamonte is ASSESSED costs in the amount of $50 as a sanction for the
failure to comply with the duties under MCR 7.210(B)(3) and the failure to file an answer to the motion
to show cause or other applicable motion. The costs shall be paid to the Clerk of the Court within 21 days
of the Clerk’s certification of this order. Further costs may be assessed if the stenographer’s certificate is
not timely filed.
A copy of this order will be transmitted to Wayne County Docketing Support Services.
