The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because plaintiff-appellant is
not an aggrieved party from the portion of the order appealed over which this Court has jurisdiction, i.e.,
the portion denying the motion to change custody. See MCR 7.203. An appeal from the portion of the
order granting the motion to change parenting time must come by application for leave to appeal.
Dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of a late appeal under MCR 7.205(A)(4), provided such a filing
meets all requirements under the court rules and is not time-barred.
