People of MI v Kenneth Aaron Malone, COA No. 331903, People of MI v Dameon Michael-James
Spencer, COA No. 376714, and People of MI v Logan Thomas O’Connor, COA No. 366127. After those
three appeals are decided in this Court, we will reconsider this case in light of People v Kardasz, ___ Mich
___; ___ NW2d ____ (MSC Docket No. 165008, decided December 19, 2025), and this Court’s decisions
in Malone, Spencer, and O’Connor.
