The “motion for transcript relief and completion of the record” is DENIED. Appellant has
identified no authority that he is entitled to production of transcripts at state expense within the context of
this postjudgment-divorce dispute concerning child custody, and we are aware of no such authority.
Within 21 days of this order’s entry, appellant shall file in this Court proof of ordering all
of the necessary transcripts to facilitate appellate review, as required under MCR 7.205(B)(4) (“If the
transcript is not yet available, or if there is no record to be transcribed, the appellant must file a copy of
the certificate of the court reporter or recorder or a statement by the appellant's attorney as provided in
MCR 7.204(C)(2).”). If appellant fails to do so, his application for leave to appeal will be subject to
dismissal under MCR 7.201(B)(3) and MCR 7.216(A)(10).
