The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction. MCR 7.203(A)(2). The July
17, 2026 order following a dispositional review/permanency planning hearing is not a final order that is
appealable by right under MCR 3.993(A). MCR 7.203(A)(2). Dismissal is without prejudice to the filing
of a late appeal under MCR 7.205(A)(4), provided such a filing meets all requirements under the court
rules and is not time-barred.
