Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion for guidance is GRANTED to the extent that this appeal is DISMISSED
pursuant to MCR 7.216(A)(7). The final judgment of dismissal is STAYED for a period of 28 days within
which period appellant may file a written communication with this Court. The communication shall be
treated by the Court as a motion for reconsideration.
The motion to extend time to file appellant’s brief is DENIED as moot in light of the relief
provided with regard to the motion for guidance.
The June 2, 2025 order consolidating this appeal with the appeal in Docket Number 375662
is VACATED in light of the dismissal of this appeal.
The Clerk’s Office shall send a copy of this order directly to respondent-appellant at his
last known address as indicated in the proof of service for the motion for guidance filed with this Court
on November 20, 2025.
