The motions to file a late answer to the application for leave to appeal and to the motion
for stay pending appeal are GRANTED until April 28, 2026.
The motions to permit out-of-state attorneys Abigail Frisch Vice and Masha G. Hansford
to appear and practice on behalf of defendants-appellants, Continental Casualty Company and
Transportation Insurance Company, are GRANTED for this appeal only, effective on the date of the
Clerk’s certification of this order. However, David E. Plunkett (P66696) will appear as counsel of record
for these parties. MCR 8.126(C).
