Christopher M. Murray, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motions to permit out-of-state attorneys Aaron B. Lauchheimer, Amber R. Will,
Sydney D. Reade, and Y. David Scharf to appear and practice on behalf of plaintiff-appellant, The
Wellstone Group LLC, are each GRANTED for this case only, given that the trial court has already
granted each of those attorneys temporary admission in this case. See MCR 8.126(D)(1) (“If the tribunal
granting temporary admission to practice is a court, then the temporary admission continues for the entire
case, including through all appeals . . . .”). However, Ethan R. Holtz (P71884) will appear as counsel of
record on appeal for this party. See MCR 8.126(C)(1) & (F).
