The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.
The complaint for superintending control is DENIED. In an order entered March 2, 2026,
the trial court denied plaintiff’s motion to restore appellate rights, along with requests to appoint counsel
and prepare transcripts at public expense. To the extent the present complaint seeks an order compelling
a decision on those motions, the complaint is moot. And to the extent plaintiff disagrees with the trial
court’s March 2, 2026 order, his remedy at this point would be an appeal of that order.
