The motion to reinstate the appeal is treated as a motion for reconsideration of this Court’s
March 13, 2026 order dismissing the application for failure to cure defects under MCR 7.201(B)(3). See
IOP 7.217(D) (explaining that an order dismissing an appeal under MCR 7.201(B)(3) “may only be
challenged by filing a motion for reconsideration under MCR 7.215(I) . . .”). Treated as such, the motion
for reconsideration is GRANTED, and the appeal REINSTATED.
