The motion to extend time to file transcripts for Court Reporter Amy Shankleton-Novess
(R 0838) is GRANTED. The time for filing the transcripts is EXTENDED until October 21, 2026.
The motion to consolidate the briefing schedules is GRANTED. The due date for the
consolidated appellant’s brief shall be calculated from the filing of the last timely-ordered transcript in
