The application for leave to appeal and motion to waive fees are DISMISSED for failure
to pursue the case in conformity with the rules. MCR 7.201(B)(3) and 7.216(A)(10). The Clerk of this
Court provided notice regarding the nature of the defects in the application, and the defects were not
corrected in a timely manner by providing this Court with (1) a copy of the judgment or order appealed;
(2) a copy of the trial court’s register of actions; (3) a copy of the required transcripts or proof of ordering
them in conformity with MCR 7.205(B)(4); and (4) a brief in conformity with MCR 7.212(C). Dismissal
is without prejudice to whatever other relief may be available consistent with the Court Rules.
