The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction. MCR 7.203(A)(1). The
November 12, 2025 order is not a final order under any of the definitions set forth in MCR 7.202(6)(a).
More specifically, the November 12, 2025 order is not a final order pursuant to MCR 7.202(6)(a)(i)
because it does not dispose of all of the claims alleged by plaintiff against defendant or determine the
rights and liabilities of all the parties. Dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of a late appeal from the
November 12, 2025 order under MCR 7.205(A)(4), provided such a filing meets all requirements under
the court rules and is not time-barred.
