The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.
The complaint for superintending control is DENIED AS MOOT. This complaint was
filed in an effort to compel the trial court to rule on a motion filed by plaintiff. The trial court has denied
the motion at issue, and plaintiff is pursuing an appeal of that order in Docket No. 380989. As such, the
complaint for superintending control is moot.
The motion “for leave to file supplemental notice of May 22, 2026 lower-court proceeding,
request for clear written order, and limited county-record summary” is DENIED.
