The motion for permission to file pro per supplement to application for leave to appeal is
GRANTED. Defendant may file an in propria persona supplemental brief in support of the application
for leave to appeal within 21 days after the date of this order. Plaintiff-appellee may timely file an answer
to the application and/or supplemental brief within 21 days after service of the supplemental brief. If
plaintiff files an answer counsel for defendant may file a reply brief within 21 days after service of the
answer. MCR 7.205(D); MCR 7.212(G). Thereafter, the application, with the supplemental brief, will be
submitted to the Court for a decision. MCR 7.205(E).
