The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction. MCR 7.203(A)(1) Appellant claims
an appeal of right from a civil-contempt order; “[h]owever, an order finding a party in civil contempt of
court is not a final order for purposes of appellate review.” In re Moroun, 295 Mich App 312, 329; 814
NW2d 319, 329 (2012), citing MCR 7.202(6)(a). Dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of a late
appeal under MCR 7.205(A)(4), provided such a filing meets all requirements under the court rules and
is not time-barred.
