The motion to extend time to file the stenographer’s certificate is GRANTED to the
extent of a 21-day extension. The stenographer’s certificate is due by July 14, 2026. If the
stenographer’s certificate is not filed by that date, this case may be submitted on the involuntary
dismissal docket. See MCR 7.217 and Internal Operating Procedure 7.217.
The motion for miscellaneous relief is granted to the extent that the stenographer’s
certificate is due by July 14, 2026 and appellant is directed to provide the Clerk’s office with updated
contact information for future notifications.
