The claim of appeal in this file, Court of Appeals Docket Number 377803, is DISMISSED
for lack of jurisdiction because appellant has a pending appeal of right from the same May 15, 2025 order
in the earlier-filed Court of Appeals Docket Number 377548. MCR 7.203(A)(1) does not contemplate
the absurd situation of the same appellant having two active appeals of right from the same trial court
order because it allows for the filing “of an appeal of right . . . by an aggrieved party” from a final order
(emphasis added).
The motion to waive fees in this file is DISMISSED as moot.
The motion to extend time to file appellee’s brief in this file is DENIED as moot.
