Mark T. Boonstra, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion to extend time to order transcripts is GRANTED. The time for filing
appellant’s brief shall begin to run pursuant to MCR 7.212(A)(1)(a)(iii) upon the filing of the last of the
late-ordered transcripts with the trial court. No later than 14 days from the Clerk’s certification of this
order, appellant shall ensure the filing of a stenographer’s certificate in this Court for the June 26, 2024;
July 10, 2024; July 17, 2024 and July 24, 2024 transcripts. If appellant fails to file the required
stenographer’s certificate, the time for filing appellant’s brief shall run in accordance with this Court’s
May 19, 2026 order.
