The motion to strike is GRANTED. Footnote 4 and Appendix A to appellee’s January 15,
2026 brief on appeal are STRICKEN. Within 7 days of the date of the Clerk’s certification of this order,
appellee shall file a corrected appellee’s brief, which removes current footnote 4, renumbers remaining
footnotes as necessary, and does not include Appendix A as an attachment. No additional changes are
permitted to appellee’s brief on appeal; and, upon the filing of the corrected brief as required by this order,
the January 15, 2026 appellee’s brief will be considered as withdrawn.
