The motion to dismiss is DENIED. The application clearly identified the December 11,
2025 order as the order appealed, and appellant’s answer to the motion to dismiss further explains,
repeatedly, that the December 11, 2025 order is the order appealed. The application was timely filed from
that order. We further note that even if the application had been filed more than 21 days after entry of the
December 11, 2025 order, this Court would have jurisdiction to consider a delayed application for leave
to appeal pursuant to MCR 7.205(A)(4).
The application for leave to appeal is DENIED for lack of merit in the grounds presented.
