Court of Appeals, State of Michigan
ORDER
AMY DAWN ZIMMERMAN V ANTHONY LEE ZAMBRANO
Docket No. 378162
LC No. 2023-072718-DP
Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:
The claim of appeal and motion for limited remand are DISMISSED for lack of
jurisdiction. MCR 7.203(A)(1). The October 20, 2025 order, which denied appellant’s postjudgment
motion to vacate prior orders entered in the case, was not the “first judgment or order that” disposed of all
the claims and adjudicated the rights and liabilities of all the parties in this paternity action. MCR
7.202(6)(a)(i) (emphasis added). Dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of a late appeal under MCR
7.205(A)(4), provided such a filing meets all requirements under the court rules and is not time-barred.
